How Can I increase My Facebook Fan Page Likes?

facebook marketing retailerHow can I grow my Facebook Fan page likes is still a popular question from retailers.

Innumerable businesses struggle with Facebook - big brands and small so I thought I'd share what works for my page and me.

To start, why have you been looking to get more likes? The only reason you desire more likes is so customers can participate with you. That means they speak to you. And you talk to them.

Consider Facebook as a way to heighten your retail store's promotion.

And it is not like some booklet or flier....

Oh wait, are you yourself already? Consider these three recent stats from Zephoria:

Worldwide, there are over 1.19 billion active Facebook users. It is a 18% increase year over year.

4.5 billion likes generated daily as of May 2013 which is a 67% increase

728 million people log onto Facebook daily, which signifies a 25% increase from 2012 (as of 9/2013) That means a tremendous and growing amount of Facebook users are active and consistent in their visits to the site, making them a promising audience for retailers.

The Facebook community is still a significant vehicle and growing. Fans and the more likes you've got, the more likely they are to expose their friends to you.

To grow your page likes, you must look at Facebook as though you might be a DJ at your own club. You choose the music to get fans to get up and dance with you.

The primary goal of the Facebook page of a retailer would be to have an excellent dance party. Which means you must constantly believe what is going to get fans to dance with you.

So when you see them joining in, you need to answer in a way that keeps them around.

Comparison that to retail businesses with low followers...

Your followers are often sharing posts that say how excellent they've been. Hey have a look at another saying I enjoy! Or cat videos I enjoy or cute dog images or.. Hey I want to remember to read this so I'll use ALL CAPS and tons of !!!!!!

OK for the record - using ALL CAPS is the equivalent to shouting. I am fairly sure multiple exclamation points are the same. Simply don't do that.

To grow your Facebook likes you will need to constantly think up ways to communicate with your followers the way they want to be discussed to - locating the music that is appropriate for them - not you.

That typically occurs too because you are posting with your character coming through, as a human being.

In case you have involvement rates that are low or low followers, change your music.

An occasional update about picture of yourself or an award you received is good but the sorts of posts you wish to use should participate your tribe of followers well enough to make them desire to share.

Here are Five Ways To Grow Your Facebook Fans

1. Pictures win participation over text - worth a thousand words has never been more important - the goal will be to get your followers to want to share your content. That typically means a picture over an easy line. Choose wisely.

2. Offer tricks and hints because great content is often shared. Write your wisdom down about the kinds of problems your customers have to address and pare down the words. I enjoy the Lowe's FixItInSix chain of how-to-videos. They are confident to be shared and engaging.

3. Simply ask your followers to share your upgrades like I do with every post, "Appreciate your 'likes,' 'shares' and comments." The ones that don't ask don't get.

4. Position out an opinion afterward request your followers' opinion. It shouldn't be something as contentious as I do on my pages but an apparel store could ask, Have you attempted the dry cleaning substitutes for the clothes you usually took to the cleaners? I did and was disappointed.

5. Ask for his or her top suggestions to cope with something you sell. The company received almost 50 opinions and an even greater variety of new likes within hours.

And when you see in your Facebook page penetrations that the post got lots of likes, recall you've got to constantly try to find ways to participate them repeatedly. Uniformity is a big part of holding on to your fans.

In many ways, employing your Facebook fans isn't any different than having a participating sales process in your shop.

Either you are constantly looking at talk and the best way to participate with your shoppers in order to get them to enjoy and explore your space - or you are constantly looking at the best way to speak at customers without really understanding why they came to your store in the first place.

Would you run around every shopper and say, Look what we just got in? I expect not...you had spend enough time to establish rapport - find the proper music as it were to get them to relax and shop.

In amount

Every day you need to put in your thinking cap and think, "What can I post that'll get my followers to participate with me?" You've got to locate the appropriate music to bring my followers.

That's the secret How to increase Facebook Likes in your brick and mortar retail store and having a winning presence on Facebook.
